WHEN IS IT?  The main CultureShock 2011 festival day will take place on Sat 18th June 2011.  (School Days will take place on 16th and 17th June.)

WHERE IS IT?  For 2011 CultureShock will be held at the Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8PW

WHAT IS IT?  CultureShock is a youth arts festival that offers you (young people) the opportunity to take part in loads of fantastic workshops from Street Art to Bollywood Dance, Banner Painting to Invisible theatre plus much much more. It also provide 6 performance stages and an exhibition marquee for young bands, artists, soloist, actors and dancers to showcase their talents to their peers.

WHAT TIME?  CultureShock 2011 will start @ 12pm and finish @10.30pm.

HOW MUCH IS IT?  Tickets are £5.50 if purchased in advance, they can be purchased from the Box office or online.

Tickets that are purchased on the door @ the event are £6.00

WHY?  CultureShock is an awesome opportunity for you (young people) to get together with others and enjoy loads of amazing workshops and performances, as well as a chance to celebrate and show off your own talents!!!!

Site rules: 
1. NO ADULTS UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY YOUNG PEOPLE
2. NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
3. NO FIGHTING
4. NO CROWD SURFING
5. NO SMOKING IN TENTS
6. PLEASE RESPECT OTHER FESTIVAL GOERS
7. NO CANS OR GLASS BOTTLES
8. NO MOSHING OR MOSH PITS
9. ANY DRINKS BROUGHT ONTO THE SITE MUST BE SEALED. ANY OPENED BOTTLES WILL BE CONFISCATED AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND EXCHANGED FOR WATER
10. NO DANGEROUS BEHAVIOUR -
Anyone found breaking these rules will be ejected from the festival.
